Reflection on Cambridge Train The Trainer Course

Continuing my Professional Development plan(CPD), I joined and finished Cambridge Train the Trainer Course this summer which was run by Britishey Training Centre in Cairo, Egypt.

Course Tutor and Format

The course took five days with 30 hours of attendance delivered by Shady Abu Yusuf , the course tutor , CELTA Tutor , Owner and founder  of Britshey . It was a  face to face intensive course in which attendance was obligatory.

We started from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with short breaks between sessions. Each day we took one module of the five modules which are written in the certificate awarded by Cambridge Assessment.

TTT Certificate of Completion with the 5 Modules

We started at 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with short breaks between sessions

course Timetable

Nothing to do during breaks but to find a cup of tea or coffee for free , a help yourself service from Britishey ,which was convenient and helped us to continue the training day with fresh minds !

What was special about this course is that it was the first Train the trainer course run in Egypt , besides it qualifies teachers to be teacher trainers for CELT-P and CELT-S courses.

In my next post , I will write in details about how to join this course , will reflect on events during the sessions and how a typical day of this course is delivered.
